Company Profile

Kent Biel started in the industry in 1988 and founded Access Telcom in 1993 with the concept that technology needed to offer a personalized solution to the business community. He defined personal solutions as: listen to the needs of the customer, collaborate design, and provide ongoing customer service and support. Access Telcom finds itself as an industry leader based on those same fundamental beliefs and on doggedness to sort out customer needs from technology trends.

Access Telcom has built a team of professional voice, data, and cabling specialists committed to the highest levels of customer support. Access Telcom's longevity and growth reflects our commitment to stay ahead of telecommunication technology in the Pacific Northwest business market. With our office located along I-90 in Spokane, Washington, we provide services to all of Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Montana, Access Telcom is uniquely positioned to respond quickly and effectively to a wide range of customer equipment and service requirements.
